Ordered 4 epson in cartidges to find 2 arrive in a pack and another 2 not showing despite them insisting I'll have them in 24hrs.
COMPLETE RIP OFF.
These guys part ship and hope you do not bother reclaiming the refund thus stealing from you

Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. We do as you have stated split down multipack and multiple item orders up over separate parcels to make these orders postage friendly. Not only does this mean you receive your order first time through the letterbox but it also means we are able to offer free delivery on our already low prices. There are the odd cases where only 1 parcel will arrive. However the remainder (if it has been dispatched) will 99% of the time follow within 48 hours. Having been in business for over 8 years and successfully shipping over 3,000 orders per week, with over 250,000 registered customers I can assure you that our customers' satisfaction is of utmost importance.
