Sites like this one are making the Steam Sales look less impressive than what they once were.

Good service, fast delivery of activation code, and they occasionally have good deals. Wish they had a better selection of games, but not everybody can compete with Steam or Amazon.

But when they do have something good up on sale, don't think it twice. It's reliable, secure, the customer service is great and they even have some community managers around forums and Reddit promoting the site and being helpful.

They don't make it clear that you won't receive the key immediately until you have already paid. The customer support is slow and nearly non-existant. I have seen CD-Key reselling sites with faster delivery and better service. They say that the validation process won't take more than eight hours (which is already ridiculous as I haven't seen other site with such policy), but you could count yourself lucky if you receive it before ten hours have passed. Just check their customer support forums. People have waited days for their keys, most of them asking for refunds or having to cancel the order directly with their banks because Gametap wouldn't reply.

Do not make business with this site, avoid it. I'm so disappointed that I even registered to this site so I could warn other buyers from these guys.

Get your games from Amazon Digital Service, Steam, GreenManGaming, GameFly, GetGames, Humble Store, GOG... Anywhere but this site.
