My online purchase 2/19/2020. Email thank me for my order, and my order is to arrive on 2/28/2020. I checked the status of my order, and still preparing my order on 3/2/2020. Chat live with Susie, she apologized and my package will arrive on or before 3/11/2020. Well I received a call yesterday, apologized my account will be credited because items no longer available. Save the hassle, shop elsewhere because the customer service is a joke. Great customer service@M&M stores. In the future no online orders for me. M&M online should let Amazon handle their orders, then I will most definitely give them 5! Thanks and avoid online shopping with this company
