“Refused return within 10 days of purchase”

I bought a watch from them which just did not do what it promised, it was a solar powered watch which did not charge enough to last through the night, so was dead by morning, ie NO USE!
We sen it back at our expense tk then have it returned and the box was torn and battered. Now it is radio silence!

Tip for consumers:
They are not even following their own refund policy, let alone the law!
