Buyer beware. This company may seem rosey at first but it does not take long to realize that they are not an ethical company. Apparently, there is a code of conduct that customers are required to adhere to. Sparkl themselves are not required to adhere to the same code. Customers cannot ask about their bands that are taking 2 months or more to complete on a live. When they have not got a reply by their nonexistent customer service, but for asking they can get suspended or expelled from the community-literally for asking. It's outrageous that a company can conduct themselves so unethically. They change this code of conduct to suit them and they create more drama than they are worth.
The owners have compared themselves to Saks when there is NO comparison. She seems to think she is untouchable. Never have I seen a company create such drama consistently. She goes on her personal account cries every week about who had betrayed her that week and who is acting unethically when it is usually her or one of her minions who creates the drama. She is the bully!
Courtney says she supports and promotes kindness and other female owned small businesses but she does not. She is the bully and Tracey, her COO does her dirty work.
Stay away, they get you in with a beautiful aspheric and then it is just a spider and a fly situation. Horrible, actually non existent customer service and where their product used to be amazing is it less than satisfactory anymore. The way they treat their employees is also disgusting. They can't keep employees. Never have I seen anything like this. They would not know the truth if it but them. Now no returns, you cannot cancel an items and they constantly play favorites. Just stay away.
Finally, they also retaliate so be careful about posting or saying anything negative about them.
