I had an issue using the German warehouse for the first time. It appeared that ID documents and proof of address must be uploaded, before shipments, even repacking can be done. Since there is (too) little information given on the package inbox, I tried and tried to request repacking and only a pop-up telling me documents need to be uploaded before this can be done - without saying what kind of documents, could have been invoices for some of the packages as well… Finally Honey guided me and the approval of my documents was done within an hour or so. Great thanks once again to the Forward2Me support team and this time in particular to Honey!
