Better I've reed reviews before. Was looking hotel for three persons. Found hotel, price was good, checked three times it's really room for 3 persons. Ok payment gone thru, get confirmation email and vouchers but only for 2 persons! Send them email, they told they IT investigated and there is no fault. Advice was to cancel booking thru Manage My booking, there is no option to change booking, only cancel and make new booking. Are they joking it will cost me £100, and not for my fault. It's a total robbery and scam.
