I wanted to return 2 of 3 items received but couldn't find return address - only the return policy which states for full refund, return within 14 days. Shoes were too small and babydoll dress was too large and frumpy.

The day after I received order I emailed Customer Service for return instructions. They came back with "please keep the item and we will refund you 20% of the item."
Emailed again and got, "please keep the item and we will refund you 35% of the item."
Emailed again and got, "please keep the item and we will refund you 50% of the item."

I think it was a bot. I sent them THEIR return policy and threatened to report them to the FTC online sales division.
I got the address to return in CA, sent it off at the Post Office on Wed. Today is Monday and now word.
They are a SCAM.
