Poor customer servicer, poor quality, sizing inconsistent. I have ordered several items trying to use up my gift card because that is the only way to get a return and I have sent back multiple items due to sizing issues. I've ordered XS and they were large and I've ordered M that were XXS. Cannot find anything that works.
Tip for consumers:
Ended up purchasing an oversized sweatshirt that I could have bought from a discount store for half the price.
