The customer service is horrible and I could not understand the person on the other end of the phone, I hung up and called again just so I could communicate. I had a no interest revolving account set up on bill pay, paying three times the minimum payment so it would payoff with in the year. My fault on this is I opted for paperless billing and did not set up an account to see that I was being charged a late fee for 12 months in a row. Total paid was $1648 that was what was owed and they called me to tell me I owed $1400 the next month. I explained what had happened and said even if I was 3 days late that the month before I overpaid three months in advance. His response To me was they dont move it to the next month. They refused to credit me anything. I just want people to know what they get with synchrony-bank.
