I am SO disappointed with ThredUp. I sent in 2 HUGE Clean Out boxes and they lost them both. One was delivered and lost before the items were processed, not sure how that happens, and the other was supposedly lost in transit. I sent them both on the same day using the same shipping facility and labels provided by ThredUp. They gave me an inadequate credit for the one box they received, considering I included several Lululemon items to take advantage of the promo, and lots of other good stuff. Oh, they did say I could send them a detailed list of the items I sent them and they would reevaluate my payout - didn't realize I should have created such a list. Sellers beware! I learned my lesson... never again ThredUp.
