All was going well after I paid yesterday for this but today I got an email that something about an X of mine had changed in his report. I logged in & it took me through the whole process of asking me to pay to sign up again when I had already paid. It took a good amount of my time for all the info to pull from databases & then asked me to pay today when I did yesterday. Maybe it's because I clicked on a link from my email possibly?
I chose it yesterday. & paid for it yesterday. I used to have truthfinder. So far with this I am not yet completely impressed, however that may change & could’ve been my bad for clicking on link In my email rather than allowing the face recognition to log me in.
Rep was not friendly or helpful. Asked her to cancel account and account is still active
Because it looked like a newer version of truthfinder which I cancelled to try this. So far I’m not impressed.
