Cheap jewellery. Staff does not inform about the caratage. The making charges are super high. Not much return or gain value. Only once you receive the bill you get a shock.
Incase you buy a new jewellery it's ok. If it's a. Exchange, they start making faces!
I would like to mention two things….
Firstly, coming to the brand online-
Pls do not buy online jewellery from Tanishq as they show and mention something but send you the rejected completely different stuff. The customer
We care executives know nothing and only ware your time.
2) Coming to the offline as well as online purchases-
The making charges of jewellery of is tooooo high! Much higher than other brands or local stores.
They charged us more than ₹38,000/- as just the making charges of an ear stud.
The jewellery is pretty and durable but not worth the price.
No water is served in bottles. Even a local jewellery store offers you a small mineral water bottle. This brand charges so much. Can't they provide good drinkable water also?
Incase you buy lots of jewellery from them and are willing to get looted you will be looked after with many smiles and attention……… (only).
Take a look. Try the same stuff at other brands too. Buy from Tanishq only after asking the making charges. They do not even share it with you while you seeing and choosing the jewellery. You get a shock Only after you have bought it.
Tip for consumers:
Pls check other brands for the diamonds that you Intend to buy from Tanishq. They are much much cheaper outside.Also pls ask as many questions as you want to before finally paying. Their selling policies remain the same…..BUT THEIR RETURN POLICIES KEEP ON CHANGING from time to time.
