“Wrong date delivery, no recourse”

Update: i have been promised a full refund, the personon the side communicating with me was quite understanding with my disappointment. They have instated procedures to ensure such a problem does not occur again.____________________________________
Flowers for birthday were sent on wrong date. Upon complaint, they said they would send designer bouquet to make up for error. Surprise nothing was sent! They lied and ruined my entire birthday surprise. I paid extra 100 dhs for extra flowers, that too was not done. I don't recommend this florist.
