Most of the negative reviews here are because of an bad Listener. The website itself is quite good, and it's really helped me a lot when I've had problems in my life. It's great to be able to talk to someone anonymously, as a friend. Anyone complaining about a bad Listener matchup obviously didn't read the (very short) conditions written underneath the 'Proceed to Chat' button. I'd recommend this site to anyone who has a simple problem that they want to talk to someone about.
Tip for consumers:
BlahTherapy shouldn't be used for any dangerous situations. It's meant for people with smaller struggles that could benefit from chatting with someone about them. Also, it's important to read the 'Tips for Listeners' if you plan on using the site as a Listener.
