Don't believe the rating on other sites. I ordered a part on Johndeere.com with free shipping in 1-5 days. As soon as I ordered it I received a call asking if i was going to pick it up. I told the salesman that the order was to be shipped. Then he said he would have to charge me freight. I told him it was supposed to be free. He said he didn't know how to "do the ecommerce thing" so he'd call the company. I received an email a week later saying it had shipped. Three days later tracking says that only a label had been created. Called Johndeere.com and was told my order had been "pushed off" onto a dealer and I'd have to call them. The site said nothing about my order being handed off to someone else. CS couldn't answer any question about the order, just kept saying call the dealer. Asked to cancel order, again: call the dealer. He did at least have the dealer's number. CS was nice but completely useless. Called dealer who although was nice was also completely lost about online orders and couldn't answer any questions about the shipping. He said it was supposed to have been shipped but UPS hadn't picked it up. Its Friday so now have to wait until Monday to get any kind of shipping info. Not sure whether to cancel the order or not. Meanwhile I am going to have to call a company to cut my grass.
