For my diabetes supplies they charged me $1500 upfront and now, 3 month later, the claim is denied... they sent the paperwork twice to the wrong address... they still did not sent all the necessary documents to my insurance to get reimbursed...
When you call them, they have no clue how the status is and are unable to provide me with information or unable to help to get things rolling. Unbelievable.
Now, they text and email me to reorder even I did not check the box to allow to contact me and I just saw they charged my credit card AGAIN!?! I will never ever order with them again. Edgepark told me it takes just a few days and never had trouble with them.
