“No Funeral Flowers... thank heavens”

Missed funeral, set up delivery to Home address, didn't arrive until a day later, dried vase, NO CARD! Not like picture, Lilies not even open! Shameful! Family flying out a day later, so they gave to me... please see photos... oh, and tracked delivery... they started in Tennessee... Funeral was in MINNESOTA! Where it it 25 degrees outside! Disgraceful

My surprise delivery turned into a disaster. She received the wrong delivery and I did not find...
