I reluctantly (due to reviews) placed an order. It was fine so I placed another even set up autoship. I was able to access autoship from the email. Months later, I lost the email and could not find any way to access my autoship. I needed to skip a shipment so tried to contact NutraStop via their support page, a direct email, text, phone calls. Still nothing 6 weeks later and 20+ contact attempts. Then I realized there is no way to remove my credit card from their website. I had to get a new credit, am moving all my drafts over then will close the credit card NutraStop has. It is ridiculous that this is what I had to do because NutraStop can send me a million emails saying they will get back with me asap but cannot take a couple of minutes to actually do it. AND no company should make it impossible for me to remove MY credit card information! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND PUT YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION AT RISK WITH THEM..
