Not only is this basically a glorified Paleo diet that you can do on your own with just some minimal research, he lied about anyone being able to do the exercise programs "even seated on the couch". Someone with physical restrictions such as a wheelchair bound individual, is not Abe to do the video workouts of squats, push ups and jumping. I feel this is a lie and a scam.
Tip for consumers:
Do your research. Is basically just a Paleo diet plan.

The exercise programs are good, but they are not "portable" because you have to play them online....
