I placed an order for Christmas gifts for my staff. The website indicated stock was available and the product would ship in 48 hours. I received a confirmation of the receipt of the order, but nothing else. After a week, I checked the site and saw nothing had shipped. I then contacted customer support. I was informed they were out of stock. I asked for the order to be canceled. I have been told it will be; however, they are unwilling to send me an email that it has actually been cancelled. I'm told must wait 1 to 2 days for this to occur. Based on their history I don't have any faith this will actually occur. A notice that they were out of stock immediately after placing the order would have been nice. Now, I'll have to scramble to find replacement gifts. I do know I won't be ordering from TMart again. Also, all reviews posted on their site show a positive experience, thag's because they state they will review and post if it is acceptable.
