Worst customer service ever! I ordered 2 bottles of Golden Radience and instead was sent 2 bottles of Fair Radiance. Contacted customer service to ask them to send prepaid label for return or how they wish for me to proceed. I was told they did not pay for returns, that I could pay for the return and would be refunded the cost of $90 less shipping and handling. What? Why should I pay shipping back for their error? Insane and terrible customer service. I ended up disputing the charge and ordering from another site. I'm not paying for their mistake! I did get an email that they would offer me 20% off on the incorrect shade if I didn't want to return it. Heck, no...why do I want 20% off of a shade I will never use? Cannot believe a company treats their customers like this.
