I tried to order my son an item for Christmas 2021 (when he was still a child). I called to see if I would get it in time for Christmas. They could not guarantee so I told them to cancel the order. I order it on Amazon instead. Now, 3 years later, my son is an adult and I now received his toy in the mail. They said it was a preorder. Never have I heard of preordering a toy 3 years early. It was also out before Christmas of 2021. Not a preorder. They want me to pay shipping back and not reimburse me for the shipping to me. What a bunch of crap. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
