I bought a bath bomb after having received several as gifts and liking them. But the one I bought was horrible. It didn't fizz at all. It stained my hands just from unwrapping it, and it badly stained my tub. That was surprising, considering this was a light-colored bath bomb, when the past ones had been dark. And the dark ones never stained. When I contacted customer support, they were very rude and made stupid comments saying I should dilute the bath bomb in another tank first. Seriously? Then it will be all used up by the time I use it in my tub. Then they accused me of holding onto the bath bomb the whole time, when I made it clear I only touched it directly when unwrapping. They refused to make things right and have completely lost all of my future business. Rudest company ever. I will have to do a chargeback, since they refuse to follow consumer laws about defective products. The rude agents I spoke to are named Mauricio Segura and Leonard Gonzalez. I would fire them, if I were management at fragrant jewels. It is obvious they aren't being paid enough and are deliberately being nasty and unhelpful to scare away customers.
