Ordered an item Nov.28, Hasn't moved as of Dec. 7. Credit card was debited. Now they are entirely unresponsive to requests for information, phone and live chat are unavailable. The photo is a notification I got Nov. 30. It has not changed since, as of Dec. 7. We need a "zero" or minus rating for what appears to be a dirtbag outfit. If this concern is, indeed affiliated with USA based Fanatics, you can rest assured that they will be told of my experience as well.
Update: I just fired off an eMail to their "Customer Service"... not surprisingly it was undeliverable due to a full inbox. Hell of a way to run a business.
