I spent almost $100 on party supplies in seperate orders. The last order I placed I realized had the wrong address on the confirmation email, so I call them and the girl just flat out tells me there's nothing they can do. I get upset and hang up but then think how unfair that is so I call back to talk to the supervisor, who also doesn't care at all and cancels the order but doesn't offer to place it with my same discounts applied. Overall, super rude and no value in their customers 0% satisfied!
