After using Zarichta Sevices LLC (Josiane and Gustavo) cleaning services I noticed that some items are missing from my house (the whole version of my review is posted here on Sitejabber under the title Zarichta Sevices LLC). I let Zarichtas go for good and wrote a review describing this coincidence between the time they were cleaning and the disappearance of my stuff on the Thumbtack website. Thumbtack deleted my email and sent me one of the most crafty examples of the "lip service" messages. For them to investigate, they ask for the documentation (including videos) supporting my story. With the video, I will be filing the case with the police! Who follows cleaning people with the recording camera around the house?! I was working on Zoom in my office, while Zarichtas have been cleaning.
To this end, I was wondering if Thumbtack keeps the scores of their pros high by simply deleting negative opinions. It's one way of doing business and convincing the customers that the pros' background has been checked.
It was my first experience using Thumbtack. I will never use their services again and advise all of you against using them.

It's a scam! Two websites belong to the same company: RugVine or Tapest
I ordered a quilt. It took the blanket 45 days to come in. When it finally did, I was shocked. It was nothing like a picture. Instead of very beautiful cotton needle point shown on the picture I received Horrible quality, cheap poliamid fabric very poorly done. I could not believe my eyes.so, don't waste your money.
Do yourself a favor- don't do business with BASSO. More than a month ago I paid for shoes. Shoes never arrived and money have never been reimbursed. Bad experience.
