This is the 3rd instance in this year, in which i lost fresh fruit shipment and not even a apology email from dTDC under D******* in April (They could not deliver within 20km after 4 days of keeping the shipment). Then come R******* in August and they finally delivered the complete spoiled rotten food items after 15 days and washed off. Finally i took help from https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ and filled and application and then DTDC finally woke up to pay the damage. Again one of the sender under I******* sent the materials and local DTDC holdup the packet. The delivery boy was so rude that finally after following up for 2 days, when he showed up at the door and the way he spoke, i refused the delivery. The manager of the same team never replied inspite of calling several times. DTDC means "Do it at your Risk"

I took almost an hour to select and order and then after adding delivery details at the final review page everything looked right and then i made the payment. Soon after making the payment, the order confirmation comes with delivery to "Victoria" (I never added such) and a different address. I panicked and tried contacting the whatsapp*******222 at 9.16 morning. The reply only comes at around 3.52 PM with the correct details as entered. I chose delivery between 8.00 to 10.00 AM and they confirmed that it will be delivered only at 17.00 to 22.00 hours. God knows if it will be deliverd or not. While i was panic, i tried calling their number *******676 and also the whatsapp number, no one bothers to pickup even.
So beware, if you want to ruin the day, go ahead and order through fnp.ae
