I ordered a dress form pattern from this company, but I forgot to put in my fit adjustments! I thought for sure, I'd have to order a whole new pattern and pay another $38. But I contacted customer support and they were super helpful. I sent them an email after working hours and by early next morning I had a reply. I can get my pattern adjusted for just $2! I couldn't believe it.
So far, I'm extremely impressed with this company. Their customer service was amazing and their prices much lower than what I would expect for a customized pattern.
I haven't made my dress form yet, but if it turns out well when I do, I'll order from this company again.
