When you have an issue, the online chat is just horrible to the point where it does not even recognize order number starting with LV. When you request for agent, you can't talk to them; one has to chat with him or her. They are equally bad because half the time in my experience they can't write proper English sentence and above all they make many spelling mistakes. May be you wish to consider sending these agents to England where they will learn proper language skills!
