Hello,
I visited The Loft Outlet in Grove City, PA, yesterday ( 9/13/2023, store # 2961). I was greeted by two very friendly, helpful employees, Laren and Tricia. I explained I had a special upcoming event and they were quick to find me a fabulous outfit for my event! I so appreciated their help, and even more, the way they seemed to share in my excitement. What GREAT employees! Thank you Tricia and Lauren for a wonderful experience at your store!
