We are 74 years old and this was the worst cruise. They sent our luggage to another terminal and Princess cruise representative would not let us retrieve it, stating the ship would leave without us. We only had the clothes on our backs, no toiletries, nothing for 10 days. Luggage never made it to the ship and was sent to out home address. We purchased Aon travel insurance and have spent 6 months trying to get them to reimburse us for clothes and items we had to purchase. Aon did absolutely nothing for us except take our money. They are the worst travel insurance ever. Princess Cruises did nothing to help us and Aon is a terrible company to deal with. I'd give them both a zero rating if I could. This was out 6th cruise and is our last with them. I would not recommend them.

Tip for consumers:
That they travel insurance was not worth the money. We would use American Express

Products used:
We should have gotten a refund for the receipts of items we had to purchase because of their poor customer service in not picking up our luggage.
