Happy to share customer support exchange to proof how bad they are. SHOCKING!
As quality of shoes was very poor and size absolutely wrong i return all.
They are refusing to refund my money because the weight of the box i returned with 4 pair of shoes, does not match their expected weight. I request that they open the box and check. They advised it is not their return policy! They did not provide complaint procedures, they have no phone number or other means to be contacted... AVOID, avoid avoid, save your money.
