In 2 years we have had 3 account managers. They are slow to respond to requests. I have to say that our website is good and functions well but it has been painful getting there.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, Vincent. While three account managers in two years is not ideal, there are legitimate circumstances that could lead to this uncommon occurrence. The experience you describe, however, is certainly incongruent with our expectations for client relationships.
