The IVR states the website has the the same inventory status as the store. Ordered online for pickup at my closest store as Folic Acid showed in stock. Order was canceled 2 hours later. Called customer service. They told me next closest store had it in stock. Placed order. Never got a confirmation so I called store the next day. They do no have stock. Clearly the interface between their inventory system and the website are out if synch. Terrible customer experience.
