First timer with intermittent fasting as I need to lose tons of fat and weight. Without the help of this app, I definitely would've cheated on my fasting way way more than I currently have. It's been almost 4 weeks and I'm down 4lbs without doing any exercise. The app would be more perfect if the meal and food section had a wider more diverse database of food types, especially Asian cuisine.
