I was in touch with Frank back in 2021 for a appraisal on a vehicle I wanted to buy. Got a professionally-researched and well-written appraisal in a week and was able to get a check cut for my loan but unfortunately I got hurt so I had to cancel the purchase. Fast forward 4 months later, the vehicle was still available and I contacted Frank. He happily updated my appraisal for a small fee but on the 2nd try to buy the vehicle my loan was not approved. 3rd times a charm, after I got everything situated a month later Frank help me out by updating the appraisal again at no charge. Thanks to Frank I was able to purchase my vehicle 6 months later. I will definitely come back if I decide on getting another appraisal. -Vu

Great value for the $275.00 appraisal fee. I recommended St Lucie Appraisal to the members of my car club. Nice to meet an auto appraiser you can trust to dig up the best comps, not just the first few that appear in a Google search..
