I'm just another sucker who ordered shoes 12/19/10 and my credit card was charged that day for "back-ordered' shoes promised to be delivered by 1/14/11. It's 3/3/11 today - since I canceled my order in early February, have only received e-mails (three times over the last month) acknowledging my cancellation and that their credit dept. will notify me of a refund. But no refund - they are keeping our money. They don't answer their phones. This is a scam at its best - hard to believe this isn't white collar crime - I'm going to contact the Wisconsin attorney general's office.
