I have used this company for several years. But I had an issue with a product last time I ordered and they refunded all of $10. Then I placed an order two weeks ago, and when I checked there was no tracking information available. So I called customer service, and the agent told me that because of past problems with my orders, they would no longer do business with me, and he then hung up on me! So the lesson is, whatever bad service we give or faulty products we sell, that is all you can expect, and if you so much as complain, we will cut you off and do it very rudely!
