I have been trying to return defective glasses for more than 3 weeks. Many phone call one lasting more than 20 minutes and their system still will not let me enter my email and order # to initiate a return. Now I have glasses that are useless to me and no way to return them. Don't waste your time or money. I'm out over $500 and the company expects me to keep trying to enter my email and order #, sounds simple by with their help I have spent hour and can't return my order.
