Mike in sales took the call and was very easy to deal with. Checked the inventory of the item I wanted (a scratch and dent item) and handled the whole transaction. Unlike many other companies, I didn't get transferred around which I appreciated. Mike was polite and professional. Thanks Mike for your help.
