I made a purchase and 5 minutes later cancelled. They told me they would delete the order, however next thing I know I get a email stating it's been shipped. So I call them back and they say they will reroute the order so I don't have to worry about it. Next thing it shows up at my door. Now they say I have to pay shipping which is $65 dollars and so I did this and now they say they never got it back which I gave them the tracking number. How do people like this stay in business? Insane
Tip for consumers:
1aauto.com is horrible and the worst experience I ever had purchasing car parts. I even told them they would be getting a review and they could care less. Straight up ripped me off
