The experience was a frustrating one as your agent confirmed that the card payment was approved and that the E-ticket will be issued within one hour, however, no E-ticket was received 24 hours later. I tried your online chat which failed to resolve the matter and disrespectfully ended the chat without the matter still unresolved while asking how they can assist otherwise. I was forced to make an overseas call which I believe was not toll free, to have the matter finally resolved.
