This site was selected by my son, becuase they had free shipping, and a good price. Everthing went well, until delivery. There had been an address mistake, and UPS had to reverify and deliver the package the next day. About 2 weeks later I recieve an e-mail from drumfactorydirect customer service asking that I pay $8 shipping due to a suite number not being included when the product was ordered. True is there was no suite number, and somehow the appartment # had an extra 1 in it. Nobody contacted my son, or I to verify the address, just a sudden request for $8. I offered to help deal with UPS, but the customer service at drumfactorydirect started YELLING in the next message, I even offered to pay half of the $8 but more YELLING and threat to withhold the $8 if my son ever returned the product.
Lesson learned? Don't order from drumfactorydirect, bad attitude at customer service.
