The PayPal refund process is drawn out and the fake company will try everything to get your claim denied. I filed with the better business bureau and a refund was issued.

This company is a scam. They will charge your PayPal account and you will never receive your item. I filed a claim with PayPal and they attached a false UPS tracking ID. I have emailed them multiple times and they say it is on the way or processing. AVOID!
