“Not honoring sales”

Steam is overcharging. You cannot open the sight without having STEAM open and when you click on the expansion pack that says it is 19.99 steam charges you the full price of 39.99.

Tip for consumers:
I have contacted them 4 time and everytime I get the same response. there is no way to get the packs from any other sight. this is a manopally
