Ordered on March 9th, still no cap and gown on May 2nd. My graduation is just a few days away and I cannot reach anyone by phone, email, or online inquiry on their site. I am afraid I won't be able to graduate thanks to Herff-Jones not fulfilling my order. AND I CAN GET NO ANSWERS FROM THEM!
