I ordered a Nintendo DS game for my daughter on Dec. 9th, 2009. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It is now January 8th and I still have not received it. I tried to contact pakayas.com but kept getting sent to a "go daddy" website. I tried to e-mail the address listed on my paypal account but haven't gotten a response. The item was listed as "shipped" but no further tracking information was accessible. I am hoping to have paypal resolve this dispute. I have opened a claim against pakayas.com.
