They are a front for overpriced, fraudulently altered and counterfeit coins. You are better off buying lotto tickets. I bought two coins that they claimed to be in the MS 67-68 range but they are worthless, melt value only. I submitted them to NGC and one of them would not even get encapsulated because they have a policy to not encapsulate counterfeit coins. The other was marked with altered surface after they found it had been mechanically altered to make it appear in better condition than it was. I have to give the photographer 5 stars, he is good. He must have worked in a teen magazine and learned how to use filters and lighting to enhance the appearance, like taking a pock-marked, pizza faced kid and making them look like a super model. The use of filters and lighting to hide all the defects was awesome work but it didn't fool NGC. The folks at NGC saw the coins for what they were, worthless junk silver.
