I could give not one star I would. This has got to be the worst online glasses company ever. I order glasses on 4/29,2 pairs. They literally held my order because one pair was out of stock. I called them several times to cancel the order that was still being held hostage. I was told that because I used the buy one get one and was advised, that I had to pick another pair or receive the the 1 pair( wrong script and sunglasses-which I didn't order) and return. At this point we are in July. July 13th to be exact. I called several times. Chatted with reps several times and still to this day no follow up from glassesUSA, no refund. At this point it's looking really grim, and because I have been told the same thing for the last almost half a year, something is really wrong with this company. Each time"I'm going to send a email to the returns dept. LIES. If it is true. Throw the whole Returns dept away, or at least the person in charge. Start over, cause the process they have now is broken. Daniel Rothman / Eldad Rothman has bitten off more than they can chew. I purchase from a company that doesn't have a service level. For the percentage of people that are satisfied that same percentage if not more are dissatisfied. I'll be buying at EYEBUYDIRECT. In the meantime I want my money. They have received what they sent. What's the hold up? At the point you can't use the pandemic as an excuse.
